February Update - Canberra 2026

Hello Shipmates,

The conference/reunion is open to all personnel who have served or are currently serving in the RAN Health Service and it will follow a similar format from the other conferences.

The 2026 conference/reunion will be held at the

Mercure Canberra, 39 Limestone Ave, Braddon, ACT

The conference/reunion will be hosted and organised by the Naval Health Services Association VIC.

This correspondence will be forwarded to all known past and present Naval Health Service Personnel but there may be personnel who have changed addresses etc and we ask you to please “spread the word” to all of your friends and contacts to ensure we have a very successful Naval Health Service Conference/Reunion in Canberra in 2026. 

ACCOMMODATION

If you choose to stay at the Mercure Canberra, state ‘Naval Health Reunion 2026’

for a discount on the rooms.

For those who do not chose Mercure Canberra  for accommodation, you may choose another motel or hotel, a caravan park or backpacker’s accommodation; it’s up to you. Canberra has a great range of accommodation locations, which are very affordable and very close to everything.

Registration will take place between 1500 - 1700 in the Foyer, where your name badges etc will be provided

A meet and greet Buffet in the Carlton Room will be available from 1800 to 2200 and this includes a drinks package. (Includes Beer, Wine, Soft drinks. Spirits extra)

*** Thursday 15th October 2026

Members may choose to see the sights of Canberra during the day and /or relax and prepare for the evening. 

Delegates will enjoy an evening meal in the Carlton Room, with guest speaker, starting at 1800 and finishing at 2300 and this includes a drinks package. (Includes Beer, Wine, Soft drinks. Spirits extra)

For those with breakfast included in their accommodation package, we will see everyone in the Restaurant
