ROYAL AUSTRALIAN NAVAL HEALTH SERVICE ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE/REUNION

Hello Shipmates,
The conference/reunion is open to all personnel who have served or are currently serving in the RAN Health Service and it will follow a similar format to the other conferences.
The 2026 conference/reunion will be held at the
Mercure Canberra, 39 Limestone Ave, Braddon, ACT
The Mercure Canberra has stated they will provide all the facilities at a very reasonable cost as long as there is a good response to the Conference/Reunion.
The conference/reunion will be hosted and organised by the Naval Health Services Association VIC.
MAILING
This is the first communication in reference to the Canberra conference/reunion and we ask for your support by completing the registration form on the website.
We are embracing technology and all information, registration and payments can be made through the website.
Or forward the registration form along with your non-refundable donation of $35.00 PER PERSON ASAP and no later than 31 Dec 2025 to assist us with the initial organising expenses e.g. administration and initial conference booking costs.

A receipt will be given to you upon request in Canberra for the full cost of the conference/reunion.
This correspondence will be forwarded to all known past and present Naval Health Service Personnel but there may be personnel who have changed addresses etc and we ask you to please “spread the word” to all of your friends and contacts to ensure we have a very successful Naval Health Service Conference/Reunion in Canberra in 2026.
ACCOMMODATION
If you choose to stay at the Mercure Canberra, there will be a code to use for a discount on the rooms. This will be forwarded in the next email.
For those who do not chose Mercure Canberra for accommodation, you may choose another motel or hotel, a caravan park or backpacker’s accommodation; it’s up to you. Canberra has a great range of accommodation locations, which are very affordable and very close to everything.
